First, Adiemus, like any of the tracks on the Adiemus albums, are not in any language. The 'lyrics' are made from syllables and 'words' invented by Karl Jenkins, the composer. They are specifically designed to not distract attention from the pitch and timbre of the voice - it's supposed to enable the voice to act like an instrument, nothing more or less.The lyrics follows:
