Iv always wondered... why can Nickelback, in anyway, take the name "Photograph" for a song, when Def Lep had it before them... and like it wasn't enough, Nickelback Copyrights it... Shouldn't Def Lep have the rights to this song? in all fairness, its been around longer and it sounds ALOT better...
