Don't be a fool, Russell and Steve always did stuff like that, especially Russell- just watch the Glastonbury 1995 video. It's just more obvious here because of the smaller stage.And why shouldn't they pose and move on stage? Pulp are not just about Jarvis you know, nowhere near.

Ilove Pulp and their music, but I was shocked, when I saw the affected threesome: Jarvis, Russell and Steve. Jarvis was always such a strange guy, and that´s also why he´s so good performer, but I can´t take the posing and gesture of Russell and Steve in times around His´N´Hers. Awkward.
