Apparently he didn't help everyone considering that most most blacks and Hispanics NYC hate him. In 1999, NYPD officers shot 41 times at an unarmed 23-year-old man from the African nation of Guinea. Rudy Giuliani was more concerned about protecting his police officers' image. The victim's mother and stepfather sued which cost the government $3 million as compensation. Mayor Giuliani's tenure was marred by racial divide in NYC.

What did you expect Huckabee to say? He's running against Rudy! Question Rudy's integrity all you wish - he's an upstanding guy who will do this country much good.
