Can someone explain the set for this particular performance? A brick wall?

I LOVE that film! It's just wonderful. There are so many amazing people in it! Bernadette, Mandy Patinkin, Hugh Grant, Judy Davis, and Emma Thompson, how glorious!

Perfect!!

Even despite that, her voice sounds really nice, espcially when she starts the part when she breaks down and wants to be the one in the spotlight. She's amazing, either way!

has anyone ever seen Bernadette in a film called 'Impromptu'? There's a similarly dramatic scene of amazing skill where she has a meltdown after being smoked out by Judy Davis' George Sand. She is dragging onto Hugh Grant's chronically coughing Chopin screaming "That woman is a GRAVEYARD!"

Ha, well she definitely is never going to come to Buffalo... despite the pretty falls on our doorstep. And we do have a nice theatre, but it's way too small.
