A vortex (pl. vortices) is a spinning, often turbulent, flow of fluid. Any spiral motion with closed streamlines is vortex flow. The motion of the fluid swirling rapidly around a center is called a vortex. The speed and rate of rotation of the fluid are greatest at the center, and decrease progressively with distance from the center.

NASA says there is no such thing as "chemtrails" yet according to NASA's own studies - persistent jet contrails are changing the earth's climate. They go on to say that these contrails form man-made clouds and haze which are "trapping warmth in the atmosphere and exacerbating global warming". Also - there are over 50 current and ongoing Weather Modification Programs listed by the NOAA. Most of which use chemicals released in the atmosphere.
