Interesting. I'm thinking digitizer pad (or what ever they're called now), with stylus. This might be something to give the engineers, so they can sketch up a design that is legible at least (I've recieved some doozies over the years!), maybe take a little of the guess and by golly out of the work for the techs to clean up. Of course that could be dangerous if some engineer got the idea that's a finished product...

If you didn't notice, you can enter dimensions for a line (and I assume for a radius, angle, etc). This is the perfect tool for someone to create a concept drawing to take to a mechanical engineer, assuming it's reasonable priced.

Nice idea, but i can't see how you would be precise with this kind of system. Maybe for sketching butt still, i presume it's nice to sketch accurately to build up from the sketch.
