But they sued because they werent getting the money for all their songs O_o;In fact the entire music industry came over and shut napster down because none of them were getting their money's worth. That's how itunes 99 cent store came so popular, cheap music but labels still get their money.

phil, metallica only sued Napster because it was naptser's fault their demo for "I Disapear" was already on radio even though the song was not complete yet. Metallica isn't against downloading, just against people having their music when they aren't even finished with the damn thing.
