wow this is the first time I've realised how similar tone/sound Bireli Lagrene and George Benson have. In my opinion anyway. great video

George Benson è ricordato dai jazzofili anche come abile utilizzatore dello "scat", una tecnica che permette di creare vocalizzi che imitano gli assoli jazz suonati con la chitarra.

That guitar playing is insane!! Benson is better known as a pop singer but before that he was a highly accomplished jazz guitarist, having recorded with Miles Davis and others. |
