You have no idea how it is to be disenfranchised as a fan because you've never had a pro team to cheer for. The Sonics were taken off the sports radio station, discouraged to participate in the community, and stripped of talent. The Sonics main community service project took place in New Orleans, NOT Seattle. There were no billboards, basically NO effort made to lure fans to the Key. On top of all this, we knew they were probably moving away, so why give Bennett pocket change?

No, but when your whole city is trying to convince people how much they love your team, it would actually help to show up to the games. And because those fans do cheer for their club you notice that noone is trying to move their franchise. Go drink some starbucks tree hugger
