If your legs feel week going up hills you can slow down a bit but don't stop running.

i've been running for a few years now and can run 10 kms without too much troublehowever i recently started running up hills, and after about 4 hills my legs feel really weak and i have to stop running.if anyone has experienced similiar problems, please tell me what i need to do. thanks

how common for runners to be flatfooted, also is it that bad a thing? i always get cramps in my legs and shin splints and pain in m knees from running, all becoz of flatfootedness
