Actually, I guess I was wrong. I suppose I was thinking of the intro to the theme, which sounds scratchy. The actual song does play out just like this and as it did in the Two Towers trailer.

Actually, it's the Lord of the Rings remix to the theme from Requiem for a Dream. The original theme sounds scratchy and very different, IIRC.
