Tied with Magic no way!Jordan was putting up scoring tears vs the rest of the NBA then when he met up with Magic he combined Magics game with his style of play Jordan is the G.I.E,S greatest ive ever seen but we are all entitled to our own opinion.

Man nobody is trying to belittle MJ. I know he's the GOAT (tied with Magic). I know kobe has A LONG WAYS to go before he can catch up to mj, and he prolly wont. All i said was that MJ and tony have similiar styles of play (granted that MJ plays above the rim though) and you guys get all defensive like i m talkin about ur mom. Tell me it isn't true???? Mj likes to drive + tony likes to drive =higher fg% & similiar styles of play even though Jordan is a thousand times better at it. Jeez people

lol not tryna argue, but you kinda made my point. Guys like Tony parker, mj, dwade have better fg% than normal guards because they drive more because they dont have an outside shot. but hey, its worked for em. so if it aint broke dont fix it

If you count 2 fta as one possession and a fga as one possession, Jordan actually was a much more efficient scorer than Wilt. Wilt's points=31,419, Est.Poss.=29428. Jordan's pts=32,292, poss=28,923.

How come only 2 out of Kobe's top 10 scoring games came against winning teams(above .500), while 7 out of Jordan's top 10 came against winning teams? Is it a coincidence that one of this players never scored 50 in a playoff game, while the other has 8 that I remember? I think somebody's stepping up and the other's padding stats.

no. it's cuz he shoots so many 3s and also simply doesn't have the midrange efficiency of MJ.
