Oh, wonderful! :) I want to try that gewurztraminer since I'm both a gewurz-freak and a big fan of lychee nuts (they're only in season in the late spring/early summer on the west coast). I'll visit their website and see if they ship! :) Thanks for the review!

Warm in Paris? Not in NY, sigh. Why not try a Loire Valley Chenin Blanc, like a dry Vouvray. Though Feta would work well with any Sauvignon Blanc, or a lean crisp Greek white. Keep the wines fresh and easy so they don't overpower the cheese. If you like red, try a Beaujolais or straight forward Burgundy. Take care, thanks, hj

I'm in Paris and the weather is wonderfully warm so it's really a great time for the more fresh cheeses like cottage cheese, ricotta, feta. Do you recomment any wines to pair them with? Another great post by the way! Thanks |
