That does'nt make any sense, the nazis took all the local population's produce to take back to Germany and would not brng anything else back. It was the Russians who made a nanny state after the war, the Allies let Western Europe go. The governments that used extreme dictatorship for control made nanny states (Nazis and U.S.S.R) after they controled them. Think before you type so you don't end up with arguments without any reinforcement and sound like a dumb fuck on the internet.
