thus spaketh bernardo retardo! listen briquette12, if you had the inklings of a clue you'd realise that profiting off pink floyd meant profiting off HIMSELF!! he wrote ALL their early songs, named the band, LEAD the band until he burnt out. the other members were in awe of him and the band went into crisis when he left (they didn't sack him) as they had no songwriter and waters and gilmour had to take up the slack. he DIDN'T make a pile more albums, he made three and 99% gave it up til he died.
