I would like to retract my posting about Lara being Spanish. It appears I was very wrong about his origin. However, I will stick to my guns about Pav being the most well rehearsed musician of this era. My apologies for my lack of research.

Just a slight correction, to my buddy below me. Agustin Lara was born in Tlacotalpan Mexico. And to kinkonrul, Take a look at your spelling you make horrible punctuations, so dont throw rocks at a window, when you have a house made out of glass. You live and you learn my friend.

I can't believe anyone would make such an idiotic statement. First this is Spanish (as in Spain) not Mexican (as in Mexico). There are subtle differences in pronunciation. Lara (the guy who wrote the music) is Spanish as well. Second, Pavarotti was and will always be the ultimate master of his craft. You should rehearse before you comment on anything.

ok thats the first really smart answer i hear from u, that ure not coming back to this video! because this privilege is only for humans, not for stupid bastards like u!, carreras y placido cometen errores de pronunciacion al igual, ke pavarotti, cualkier persona lo haria, no es su idioma base!, y k al caso k critikes su ceja o si es gordo o flaco, el talento va mas haya de lo fisico, pro claro la gente con IQ limitado tiende a defenderse y argumentar como niños de 5 años jaja
