Like aussieman said, the speed limit is 60 MPH in the US. In some areas however, it can be as high as 70 MPH (~120KPH).

If you listened and watched carefully, the driver was still fighting the officers after they pulled them out, so naturally they had to "beat him into the ground" to get him to stop. |
