Laila and Maks had a beautiful romantic chemistry. While other couples drink and hook up and that's the best they can do, Laila and Maks gave us entertainment, fun, romance and friendship. The world can have the fake Julliane/Apolo, Derek/Shannon drek. I'll take Laila and Maks, they are the best of Dancing With the Stars.

Blkchk, I have to agree with you. Laila and Maks' chemistry to me was amazing. There was something special about them. I loved when he would say all their time together was "beautiful". He said that on more than one occasion and you could see their beauty. Like Tom said in this clip,"such fun to watch you guys together". And then on the finale when Tom said, "never seen you happier on the dance floor" to Maks. It just fit because that's what we saw. They are still my all time fave DWTS pair.

I said it before...say it again...No couple on DWTS has had as much chemistry. Mel and Maks had a great partnership...great dancing, fun times, but with Laila, Maks was mushy,and smitten. She brought out a different side of him. The best couple EVER!
