ok well whatever....paramore and kaiser chiefs are completely different genres in rock...that was the point i was trying to get through...though i love both bandsno need to get in to the technical stuff.

Quite honestly, Paramore have not improved the original version a great deal. The major differences were the thunking punk acoustic guitar riff that creates a drive to the song and the soft female lead vocals... hey... who can't resist a female voice :PIMHHO Both versions are a good listen,but I love the Kaiser Chiefs!hmm punk is an interesting box to place them???.. it's very soft punk if you'd class them as that

i think i know why people like paramore's version better because its more upbeat-ish. and i like that version too. but that doesn't mean the original isn't bad.

You all prefer the Paramore version of this song? You are probably all only listen to top 40 radio, and only know who the Kaiser Chiefs are cause they were on Guitar Hero. Cover songs in my opinion are trash, people making money of of other people's work. If you want to listen to Paramore, they have a few good songs, but don't go to the original artists video and post comments about how the cover artist did better.

Err actually if you knew anything about punk youd see Kaiser Chiefs has a lot of punk features of influences on them.Many of The Clash and Joy Division can be seen in them
