You're a fucking idiot, that's not what a fucking meteor looks like, and if there was steam in it then that would be the biggest fucking find in the fucking century because i'm pretty fucking sure that water is maybe just a fucking little hard to come by. It's a parachutist with a flare so that planes don't run into him, that would ruin my day if i got hit with a plane so i'd definetely wear a flare if i was skydiving at night. Fucking dumbass.
