nope britain. But don't cry because manowar do have decent lyrics though in some of their songs it gets a bit repetetive. SAXON and MANOWAR best metal bands EVER (new saxon cd coming out soon whoooooooooooo)

1) BumFunGremlin...Go check out any of the live footage you find here on Youtube with Saxon. Saxon does not make a show of their appearance, they just kick ass. Same for Maiden, same for Obituary etc. But admit that Manowar's lyrics are just too ..yawn..Of course they are skilled musicians, but trapped in their own concept of battle-metal. One other thing, go check out 'fields of france' and you will understand that Manowar's perception of 'battle' is way too romantic(read;silly)

Hey another guy who likes SAXON as well as manowar, wait you say you don't like manowar (whisper)Bastard... Metal is not about what people wear or the way that they act, its how good as music they are and i would rate manowar pretty high on that list. Considering that you are french i expected litle else

True.LOLZ, i would wear leather of course... But after seeing the price... FUCK NO. Not at the moment...In the end, all Bands cost money... Some of us don't have the money to see them in Concert or Festivals (which suck personally) Manowar cost money... Sure most of their stuff is a reasonable price... But still... For people like me... I probably won't ever have the chance to see them...Money sucks.

MetalGearRider...I mean, if you check out a band like Obituary ( here on Youtube ) you will find that these guys just play their music, without the 'look', just plain music, But of course, everyone his,her own taste. I wear leather as well myself ha! even though it is a bit too hot most of the time here in Paris. HAIL FROM FRANCE!
