Likewise I don't know what part of Britain you are from but LEDC's (3rd worlding is admittedly, a bit old fashioned) but countries like China (inner country), India and the continent of Africa do not share, shall we say, the Luxuries of the majority of people in Britain have.I agree having perhaps a slightly stricter rule in the UK would improve the situation a bit but no matter what you do there's always going to be some form of underworld for criminals etc

My wife is from a, as you call it, third world country and it's easily on a par with Britain, I don't know where you live, but where I live there is an element of underworld activity, and I don't want that.Let's put it this way, if the lads in the forces looked after our streets then there wouldn't be crackheads or crackhouses.If the British people got what they wanted, we would have a fabulous country, ask yourself, who do I know who needs help, elderly, vulnerable and why are they left

1 - The people who the army are being sent to 'bash their heads in' are those that kill innocents and attempt to kill innocents because of their strong beliefs (don't believe me; read 'The Kite Runner' 2 - Even if there is a major conspiracy theory on at the moment there is little or nothing we can do about it even if we think we can so you may as well enjoy your life, I'm fairly sure you're not leading as bad a life as most of the people in 3rd world countries so just stick it
