DamiaJay: True, but long before businesses, these people & throughout Africa, need fresh, clean drinking water, proper sanitation, and organic fruit & veg + farming skills so they can perform these tasks themselves! There are a few groups of dedicated folk helping in these areas but they need FUNDING - all that which gets WASTED on making the RICH even RICHER by purcahsing ARVs & bogus HIV tests & God forbid the HIV vaccine! That will be the WORST GENOCIDE EVER! :(

TBH instead of spending billions of dollars on researching a "cure" or treatment we should just help them develop businesses. And drop the international debt they are dragged down with. I mean even there was a "cure" the people wouldn't be able to afford it anyway. Pointless.

My daughter is working as a volunteer at the Bethany Orphanage which features in this video - it features quite a few of the kids she helps to look after, and I would have loved to put this video on her blog. A real shame that embedding is disabled for this video, and particularly strange for a charity one - although not strange for a music industry one - or maybe that's just the cynic in me that thinks that!
