the tourettes guys really doesn't have tourettes, and neither does this guy. tourettes is uncontrolled in the same way that a muscle flinch happens. they MIGHT have tourettes, but when they string COMPLETE sentances together that make sense, and just use a variety of cuss words, that is not tourettes kicking in. by your definition i have tourettes, which i definately do not.
