but its a matter of kilobytes so it doesnt matter
whirly1300 (August 23, 2008 at 8:16 pm)
But if you use just one script you would be saving space :D
whirly1300 (August 23, 2008 at 8:15 pm)
well, you are right there...
JayFilkins (August 23, 2008 at 2:02 pm)
good idea but using shutdown.exe would be using 3rd party software and anyone can do that...so where is the scripting challenge in that scenario :D
whirly1300 (August 23, 2008 at 1:04 am)
Ok, its easier without the time-calculation process, also, it's easier to use the WScript.Shell object to run "shutdown.exe -r -t 00" than all that large code you used. There's also another way, you use the same time-calc process, only you use a Filesystemobject to create a batch script, put it into the registry and then run it, if you have any problems using these methods, tell me and i'll give a full explanation i a personal message.
JayFilkins (August 22, 2008 at 6:48 am)
Ok...tell me how that should work...I thought about putting it into 1 script but couldn't avoid a second one...
whirly1300 (August 21, 2008 at 11:33 pm)
It easier to use just one script
JayFilkins (August 19, 2008 at 6:43 am)
