whoever said that David was a proffesional? I cant rebel against your opinion, since its you're own right as a person. I think that john lennon's version was a bit dim compared to this.

I could hardly understand what he was saying in the beginning. I must admit he has a great and powerful voice for someone his age but not meant for peaceful songs like this one. A Perfect Circle version is the best<3

His voice is absolutely beautiful and it just draws you in, I really wish I could say more but there is nothing left to say after that.

too all yall haters david will amount to more than you ever would and be respected more than you ever would and im sure john lennon is happy that someone luvs and embraces song enough to sing it on a show watched by millions.1'm 17 and tell you the truth ,i never even heard of the song till david song it on the show nd it actually made me wanna listen to the origanal version ..so i bet john lennon happy that david redid the song opening it for a whole new generation

I love this version of the song and lennon's both are simply amazing. david went through hard times and still has that twinkle in his eye that is so comforting and sweet and lennon is just amazing, i can't choose they both are amazing
