This is clearly a montage of many different documentaries and films. Because of course when I imagine a handful of government people coming forward to tell a story of such magnitude, oh yeah, I think Donald Rumsfeld and Henry Kissinger. I'm so for sure. Clearly this is meant to be funny. Hahahaha.
