It may be extremely likely for you because u have not tried the process. As for hercules, santa claus etc, well that statement is rather illogical cause u are mentioning characters that r already thought ofus made up. Where did you go to find the evidence? Only a gullible person would believe what you state is true especially if you have based ur conclusion on improper evidence.

"Furthermore - Hinduism has got to be the most stuck-up and bigoted religion of them all"What do u mean by "hinduism"? Define it please. U are bringing ur preexisting notions regarding aperticular culture without even going through the proper eduction process of understanding it? What are my superstitious beliefs, can you tell me? So that is how ur rejection is simply blind faith as you havent had the chance to understand it through someone who could properly explain.

Furthermore - Hinduism has got to be the most stuck-up and bigoted religion of them all. Because I reject your cuckoo explanations and wild spook stories you automatically jump to the conclusion that I 'simply don't understand' or 'it's too deep for a non-believer to fathom'. Even if this was the case - it doesn't somehow make your superstitious beliefs true.So my rejection is far from 'blind faith' thank you. How this makes me gullible is anyone's mystery - perhaps you could kindly explain?

Nobody here is saying that God doesn't exist. I'm just saying that it's extremely unlikely - and no - that doesn't make me an agnostic, because there's this little problem of probability. I don't believe in Thor, Hercules, Santa Claus or the Tooth Fairy either - so don't take it personally. Why? Primarily because there's no evidence for their existence. Secondly because it's not difficult to understand how gullible people like you buy into this crap. Just ask the 9/11 hijackers or Witch Doctors.

ok so now atleast the picture of ur understanding is clear. What process have u tried to cthat if even God exists? What makes u think I havent met Krsna? Yeah I figured u wont believe me. What makes u think he is some sort of an invisible being? For uto take the leap and reject his existence is also a demonstration of your lack of proper understanding, educating and blind rejection. Which is based on equal gullibility which u only hope to hide by challenging something that is beyond ur senses.
Betelgeuse3000 (October 5, 2008 at 5:43 am)
What I understand is that it's highly unlikely, if not untrue that a God even exists. It amazes me that you talk about this invisible being, like you've met the guy! When I talk about Krishna, I only acknowledge that he's character in an ancient fairy tale - in which he does indeed exist. For you to somehow make the leap that it's all fact only demonstrates your weak character and gullibility. The same gullibility with which the huckster Prabhupada preyed upon to exalt himself from the gutter.

"Really - so who does Krishna wear jewelry for?" 4 himself, since he posseses everything Y cant he wear? everything comes from him so if he chooses to wear it who r u 2 question him? It also purifies the articles that he wears. Actually It is quite stupid 4 u to think that God should adhere 2 what u consider 2 be right & wrong. In the material world ppl do these things cause of their insercurities however Krsna is anything but material. So first try to understand something b4 u question it.
Betelgeuse3000 (October 5, 2008 at 12:01 am)
Really - so who does Krishna wear jewelry for? To show off to humans, he created? That's just stupid. Did Krishna flaunt his jewelry to make him feel better about himself? That's even stupider. Jewelry is a mark of ostentation which people turn to to bolster their own personal insecurities or to show off their wealth. So for Krishna to endow himself is just stupid.I still don't get it. Why do you not see the stupidity of both Prabhupada and religion itself? It's not even laughable anymore.
haridham (October 4, 2008 at 10:53 pm)
PRabhupad understood who Krishna and Jesus were? SO his criticism is not plain stupid at all. Krishna is God himself, everything about him is spiritual, v r under the bodily concept of life and therefore we get to attached to our long hair, possessesions etc. Krishna can have all he jewellery he wants, He is God, everything comes from him so why not use everything for his service? I dont see anything wrong with that.
