We should outsource prison to China. It would be cheaper and you bet they know how to handle prisoners. Not baby them like here in the US.

Your full of bullshit. I spent time in Stateville prison. GEEE i think the guards went home every night. To them it was just an 8 to 5 job. punch in, and punch out.
