This is proff that the camera and video feed was having problems. Nothing more. Show me the physical proff that these things exist and I will no longer believe, I will accept it as fact. Until then, I consider this to be nothing more than the delusions of someone who might be Schizotypal. I have been around quite a few Schizotypal people and they are not quite able to stay in touch with reality. They like to think in magical terms as well. They don't need meds, just good therapy!

this is just lack of a keyframe. The compression technique is based on saving just the difference between the frames, accuracy dependant on the bitrate. when the video substantially changes (like change of camera or scene, a keyframe is created, showing a whole new picture. his "transformation" always starts after about the same amount of time he is shown, which clearly relates to the compression. also notice that the texture on his skin matches the resolution of the source video.

I'm actually in this video at 1:56. I ended up contacting the station later to let them know they were employing Predator. They got a good laugh out of it.
