i think he was trying to say that there lucky because war is suck a tragic event that some things you dont even want 2 remember,and i know why he says that my dad still has vietnam flashbacks and 4 of my good freinds who are n iraq wont even tell me some of the things how my freind david had 2 kill little girls its war its nothing you want to remember so thats what that means when he says there lucky they came home in body bags.

FUck you guysyou think my brother was lucky because he came out in a body bag?!?!he would have done anything to come home..to be with us.he was there fighting for the ignorant bitches who think they have it bad..he was fighting for you and now hes dead!you cal that lucky?!?!you have no idea what it truly is like unless youve been there first hand and served honorably..most of you dont know what its llike to hear your brothers deadlet alone both your brothers.and your bestfriend..

Nevermind the men coming home in body bags. They're the lucky ones. While I have all the respect in the world for THEM, how about the guys that come home alive and have to LIVE with the memories. And they get to hear how their suffering and loss is all for NOTHING from people. This country treats its vets like second class citizens . . . I'm a vet . . . let's trade places.

I love this song. Makes me feel things I didn't think I could feel.And the kids that are saying that war is pointless needa understand that was is there to protect us. If someone is going to bomb our ass, we might as well fight for our freedom. Cause, it don't come free.

hey listen, i know how you feel. Kinda. I think the war is pointless and it is, but the people for fight for they country even in the pointless, useless, money and time taking war or battle or anything like that is a hero! Just because we fight for nothing doesn't mean we feel bad about that. I have a cousin over there and an other cousin just come home. I'm sorry if you lose someone for this war. I truly am.

That's really true.. but i think people who say war is pointless hopefully more mean that they want peace, that it'd be better if those people didnt have to go out and risk their lives.
