http://www.hho4free.comThese are the Electrical Parts you need to install the cell in your vehicle. All are available on ebayCircuit Breaker/Fuse: Connects between the Positive of your Battery and your Relay. Relay: Receives Positve from your Circuit Breaker and sends it to your PWM. Your ignition switch wires to the relay so that your cell is turned on and off from the ignition. ON/OFF Switch: You should go a step farther and add an ON/OFF Switch on your dash. Feed your ignition positive to the ON/OFF Switch. Feed the switch to your Relay control. This allows you to turn the cell off while you are driving.PWM - Pulse Width Modulator: Changes your DC Current to Pulses of DC current. This reduces heat caused by straight DC current. PWM also allows you to adjust the amount of current flow, from inside the vehicle. You have to adjust the electrolytes in your water so that they allow your PWM to reach the maximum amount of current the PWM can handle. In other words, you can run a 20 amp PWM in water that is adjusted to conduct at 20 amps. Adjust your water to the PWM, not the PWM to the water.Digital Amp Gauge/Meter: These are available in Analog and Digital models. I use Digital. I get precise measurement. Amp meters require a SHUNT. If the shunt is not built in, you need to purchase one.Shunt: The shunt passes the DC current to the cell. It also allows you to measure the current. If you have a 100 amp meter, you need a 100 amp shunt (or higher).Voltage Isolator: Lets you turn your 12 volts DC into an isolated 5 volts DC (makes it look like a different power source). A Digital amp gauge needs an isolated battery source. If you don't want to do this, use a 9 volt battery to power your digital gauge. You will have to change batteries when they run down.Use the same Amperage parts for your PWM, Relay, and Circuit Breaker. Make sure your Amp Meter can measure that much current. Match your Shunt to your Amp Meter.Visit my channel to get details of all of my videos. It will be a learning experience. http://www.youtube.com/daddyo4...

Look for the info on my website.

OK! I have checked "E" Bay for the componants you have described in this video. I can't find them. Are they in differant catagories? eg. audio, car parts, or web sites that sell them.

could you be more specific to what the heck you mean? I will delete this entry in the near future. It makes no sense.

30. option to go up to 30 instead of just 15.

No, just the opposit. You want to protect your costly PMW. It is supplying the power to your cell. If it draws too much current you want your circuit breaker to kill the power to the relay. That kills power to the PWM. The relay needs to be able to handle the power the PWM is drawing.

If I understand correctly, if my relay is 80 AMP the PWM needs to be 80 Amps or Greater.
daddyo44907 (July 12, 2008 at 11:35 pm)
You are safe. Protect the PWM. If it is 80 amps, protect for no more than 80. The relay needs to handle the rating of your PWM. The amp meter needs be able to read output of your PWM amps. More is better :). The shunt needs to match the amp meter.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge. If I run an 80 amp relay, with a 100 AMP meter and shunt, does it matter the amperage of the PWM? I am trying to acquire parts and it is tough to match the amps. How much does this matter?Any advice would be appreciated.

Another mind reader question.

If you use my website, you won't have to search.
