Then a process for separating hydrogen from water requires less than 40 Wh per mole of water. It takes 65 Wh for electrolysis to extract the hydrogen from 1 mole of water at STP. Any adjuncts that you use for catalysis must reduce this below 40Wh before we can begin to discuss a system based upon it.

We are generally interested in that portion of the energy released that we can then use for mechanical work (e.g., lifting a piano).

minde, keep wasting your time. Of course if you get a working model that you can prove increases MPG then there is a million dollar prize. If you actually accomplish that goal I can get you in touch with the responsible party to get you your money.Of course kits are being sold. But if they are so successful why hasn't anyone come forward to claim the money? Is it the 'provable' part? If it's so successful then you should be trying to get hold of me to claim your prize. Why not????
