It is such a beautiful song, beautifully sung. It meanders along with those wonderful little peaks that lift the spirit. Makes me happy!

Sorrento Moon remains Tina's finest song to date. I first heard this song on the UK Radio-2 Terry Wogan show some years ago and it made an immediate impression. This song has abundant youthful joy on wings and with a voice that can carry it all. About 2/3 of the way through there is a repeated cello phrase followed by a note that she just nails and carries effortlessly, 'You were never far away....oh baby please stay!' Like the whole song is just a preparation for this moment.
