no no i have youre file but i need to convert it to another file for my mp3 but the problem is that my computer is so shitty it freezes up when i try to convert....shitty comp....plays fine but i think i need to do it at my uncles

Just take the video into WMM, and take off the video so its just the audio. Save it as a WMA. Or you could just download the full song.
