At the end of the video it says what motor it uses. Surprisingly, it's a 1515 2.5D (1650kV) - which is much slower than what you thought (3300kV). He must be using a huge pinion gear probably.

LOL! I agree with you, Im a nitro fan, but I swear to god if your a talented racer running a strong Nitro set up, offroad, its not that hard to win. Not to mention, Electric have sh1t house run times. Finally, theres not question brushless is faster, but in a propper race course, it is quite possible for a nitro to win. If you cant win.. then upgrade your truck? (P.S. If your onroad with nitro.. give up)

I assume it's a NeuMotors 1512 1.5D in there? I actually did a conversion with one on the 8ight aswell.
