I own a DE .50, and one of the few crazy enought to put 8 rounds downrange 'rapid fire' Oww and i dont flinch anymore

great gun for game, but useless for almost anything else, high power, but few shots and huge recoil, and excessivly large size, your really better off with a .40 or .45 for defense.Still, i'm sure you'd scare the crap out of whoever you showed that too, but odds are, if you had to shoot it, you wouldnt hit them

only dumed down versions of the actual desert eagle are sold and your lucky to get them because without special recommendation its illegal to wield a DE. if it was the real thing he would be in the hospital for a broken arm a paralyzation in the hand the recoil springs are the biggest i have ever seen in a pistol
