an though i must fight for my life with these women in this life i may never get to have a child in my life it starts a fire inside me it makes me angry intense when i go into that fuckin gym tonight i was a different person i snatched 175lbs an did it without steroids god is helping me i will olympic lift myself above an beyiond the stars while these women try to emberess me all the time an give me no dating oppertunitys god shall help me in my darkest hour

ohh ok .. i was talking 90 kgs, and 110kgs clean and jerk ubut my bodyweight is 115 kg's also.! i wanto to get below 105kg body weight..

my max snatch last week was 170lbs for 2 reps my bodweight is 188lbs figure probably 175lbs max if i can do 2 reps of 170lbs

jepp me 2 i train the whole body.. deadlift allot of front and backsquats.. pull you know the basics ;) keep it up! what are you lifting

i fifured out a good routine to help my olympic lifts do sets of roamanian deadlifts squats an incline press for clean an jerk i also eat better food to help broccli an grean beans thanks |
