no when you use a cheat it will say achievement blocked in the top left corner. for example using max health blocks the achievement cleaned the mean streets

I jammed a bunch of cars on the Algonquin Bridge with a bus as the barrier and then grenaded the group of cars. It killed my instantly but that blew every car instantly as well. Someone else posted that vid but this idea here is still good.

this is a really good way of doing it but it doesnt work for me. i have blown up more than 10 cars well in time but it still hasnt worked. is it because iv used cheats ?????????
