You mean World in Conflict?I think it's more about destroying each other strategicly... There is no diplomacy and stuff I think... But I'm not sure.

i love stradegy games where you build you economy and forces,alliances and gather resources,i have warcraft series,ee series,aoe series,civ series,stargraft,but is world at conflict good?

Hi I am John, I work at West Point, and i am a CIV aholic... started with 1, call to power, 3 and started on 4. I am not ashamed of: playing CIV games into the wee hours of the morning till i hear the birds chirping at 5:00, giving up the company of beautiful chicks from bars in order to have the warm company of 'allies' all night(while "asking" them for some "friendship gifts" if weaker), borrowing thick books on Bronze Working, Magnetism, Gunpowder. All i need is is just one more turn...

lol, thats because this is a turn based game, and its too complex, beyond RTS games, if you want to see real time action you wont like it, but if you enjoy real strategy games you will love it, in fact all the stuff of gather resources and building where stolen from the first versions of this game. besides of the great historical accuracy.

well im used to RTS games like command and conquer starcraft warcraft3 age of empire and mythologey stuff like that but in all of those ive never seen it like that but i am going to download the demo anyways to see if i like it

This is the gayest game ever!!! the preview video at the start of the game looks awsome but the actual game looks like if your playing the playstation 1. I know because i downloaded the demo..... 2 out of 10

Hm.... Don't think of them like giants stamping around. Think of them more like pieces on a board game, and think och the world as a dynamic map. That's actually what Sid Says in the beginning of the tutorial. "If you're not familiar with turn based games, think of this as a board game." or if you're not familiar with huge soldiers. =P
