She is beautiful, but my saying so means nothing to her. It's just tragic. I know that if I were given such beauty, I'd have handled it differently. It's truly tragic when the lovely have no awareness of the gift they've been given.I have to say that I am incredibly impressed that both mother and father have owned their shortcomings and expressed remorse. Sadly. Kim does not yet seem to know how to take responsibility for her own suffering - even as she blames herself for everything.

People like this need all the love and care in the world. Snobby know it alls who have never been in an addicts shoes are not helping by saying nasty things about a person. They make it worse and the person feels even more ashamed.

She clearly has Body dysmorphic disorder. As much as she needs "Tough Love" it seems like she has metal disorder of some sort. They need to identify the problem before they work on a solution. Good Luck Kim

I know your sad but you have to look up and reach down deep inside to see what you want with your life. You are a pretty woman. Just eat and get over this saddness.
