I am a C.O. in a prison, the two most important things inmates want/need/trade for in prison is toilet paper and ramen noodles...the state has commissary for inmates to buy stuff, they can buy dice for less than a buck. but no one in the middle of the month "runs out of dice, tp is not wasted like this...

@mrtheluckybucket after 4 1/2 months in the hospital he went back to the school to keep working where the police where there to arrested him. he is now servering 7 years for child indangerment and some other charged too
