I'm sorry, you're a fan of Seinfeld?I agree that show is funny. But hang on a minute, it holds the same "message" as your opinion of Friends. I do believe they are a bunch of friends that visit often. Jerry is in show-biz, hello, last time i checked so was Joey. What logic does it possess thats more intelligent to Friends?It doesnt hold that message you invented, and you might not have tolerance for its message, but at least have respect of it.=|

First of all I personally don't find the jokes on Friends all that funny. Seinfeld is way funnier but thats not the point here. If friends was a show from Sweden or another country with little diversity, it would make perfect sense. However, I cant understand the logic behind the lack of diversity on the show. What message does this send out in this day and age? That we should stick with our own group and ignore the rest? Thats the problem with America and I have no tolerance for that message!

maybe it seems (or even is) unrealistic.But it holds a dream and wish that most people hold...Having your best friends living pretty much at your doorstep.And what show is entirely realistic these days? Friends is much more realistic then overly dramatic shows like Bold and the beautiful or home and away and all sorts.And its not the status of the show we enjoy. it's the quirks and the characters and the jokes.You have to think and realise before you judge...maybe think before you

Agree 100%. Friends is the most unrealistic show ever made. Bunch of white people live in massive apartments an happen to dodge any person or place that shows a slight racial difference. All of this in NEW YORK CITY BTW which is nothing like that. Its a F.cking JOKE!
