We have always had crazy people setting fires, sniping people, planting bombs and robbing stores during big events when the streets are crowded and blocked to vehicle traffic. They're not Islamic terrorists, they're domestic malcontents who blame everybody else for their own problems. If the police are truely worried about terrorism by foreign agents in NY then they are admiting that there isn't enough counter-terrorism security on our borders and in our airports and shipping docks.
