Beating a wife is not fair! Really really not fair! How will you feel if somebody beats you? If there is a book tha allows muslim men to beat muslim women, how i wish somebody could publish a book that will allow muslim women to beat muslim men, hehe. That will make the law fair! Whohooo!

indeed i agree. every religion seems to have this problem almost as though it is systemic. it seems human nature to make these mistakes. we must remember no-one is perfect, except the rasools and nabis (messengers of Allah) that did not sin. as tin the Qur'an: 'humankind was made weak to forbear hardship' every1 needs to seek knowledge and implement into their lives. i must admit how sometimes non-Muslims actually act more in sync with Islamic teachings than Muslims, on some matters

The use of beating is primitive full stop. Werther the husband has the control not to leave a mark, or werther he's a reckless brute who uses clenched fists it's still totally unecessary. The fact is so many of your "brothers" have snarled understandings of your religion and totally abuse the status passed down to them. There needs to be a massive RE-EDUCATION regarding what is acceptable behaviour by Muslims in the current century.
