If you're on an extra board, you WILL get a call in the midle of the dark eventually no matter how you manipulate your HOS reporting LOL. Right now almost all of ours are turning on their rest.

Thats one the thing thats commonly debated... whether robots will control things in the future or not. Firt off, robots cannot make the "mental" and "emotional" feeling like humans can do. For example, back 50 years ago, they though robots would be doctors by 2000. But are they? No. Also, even futurists today say there probably will never be robots as doctors, for the same "mental" reasons. A robot can be trained to do a heart surgery, but ever patient is different....
