The background of this music vid reminds me greatly of salvador dali... all that's missing is some optical illusions and a melted clock :p LOVE this song btw... very sad in some ways... determined as well..

What is more pussified than the band Finger 11? Claiming to be in one of their videos. GOOD JOB JACKASS.

Well, their song "Sad Exchange" was in the movie "Daredevil" and "Suffocate was in "Scream 3" Both of them were cool songs. I see what you mean, but I don't think they have sold out too heavily. A lot of the bands that use to be popular really died out, so now its a bunch of shitty bands or newbies that I don't care to listen to. There use to be more Green day, Godsmack, Chevelle, 3 days grace, staind, good charolette. All them. I havn't listened to the radio since.

Totaly! This is a well written song. I really like this song. Lately though I find that all of their music is turning commercial Nickle-Back-esque, like it's waiting to be put in a Marvel superhero movie. I really liked the rough, unclean music they used to make. Don't get me wrong, Im all about musical evolution. I think musicians need to evolve. I just don't like it when they evolve to American Idle throwback radio fodder. F11 has too much talent for that.

Agreed, but you can't at all hate this philosopical poetic side of them. I have greyest of blue skes, and I dl'ed a few songs off their 03' album, and thousand mile wish was the one that was the most profound. It tells a great present tense story. I would make love to that song. |
