No it isn't they've been firing .50s at human beings since world war 2, and are still doing it in the Iraq war!

um i thought firing fuking .50s on a human being is illegal according to the geneva conventions.

I thought incendiary rounds were banned because of the way they caused unnecessary pain... Or maybe I imagined that, but I heard that someplace.

The same in terms of performance. The M107, however, is bullpup, so its compact. AS50 is more ergonomic (rear monopod, cheekplate, adjustable stock, etc.) and 3 kg heavier than the Barret, but the accuracy for both is around .5 MOA with match grade ammunition (which is excellent for a semi-auto, high-cal sniper rifle). At the end of the day, it comes down to a matter of preference, but both could be better by combining features...whatever. There's no perfect gun in CS, so why would there be irl?

how does this rifle compare to the Barrett M107 .50cal
