Cholesterol is a fundamental building block for hormones and without it we would die. The rating for what constitutes "high cholesterol" has been lowered over the years by drug companies.Why is "high cholesterol" now less than half of what was accepted as normal several decades ago?Bottom line, drug companies make money off of disease.
